- Installations normally done on next day of requesting, it can be a week some times. If you don’t get any call or message from coordinator in 24 hours of submitting request please contact WhatsApp support 7420 88 9001. We will arrange your installation ASAP.
- Please register warranty after installation on denler.in is required for warranty claims.
- If your door thickens is less than 35mm please WhatsApp support 7420 88 9001 we will suggest suitable model or arrange return.
- Installations takes from 2 to 3 hours some times more as there is lot of carpentry work of door drilling.
- Before installation you can understand your lock by watching setup videos and learn app configuration part, download & register the app to save installation time. Click here to see videos & know the app for your lock model.
- Installer only does fitting work for security reasons he will not create your passwords. Once installation is done you can call support 7420 88 9001 for lock demo & user settings.
- Sometimes installer might not arrive at given time due to emergency. Please bare with us you will get next day time slot.
- We will not install lock on metal doors and places where granite is used as it requires fabrication work and granite drilling expert.
