Lock needs to be fitted in such a way that the camera is at the height to your chest level. Otherwise, face recognition will not work.

Right from our first interaction with Denler team, it was a great experience.
They helped us choosing the right product. When we visited after gap - due to delay in house completion - they suggested right upgrade. Installatrion was quick (although our house was 1.5 hrs outside city).
